| Comments: | After a long wait, the wind eased and the thermals became usable. Everyone seemed to leave the hill. Dave left early, I followed Steve Nash, then the sky went dark with paragliders. It was wonderful to watch - from the air anyway (sorry Dave !). After getting close to base at 4500ft, Steve's glide left me for dead, and he found weak climbs to hang on with, while I found nothing below him. |
