| Comments: | Arrived at takeoff to see Stu and his new XC mate leave the hill, set up and waited for some sun on the ground and left the hill after a little searching around. Quite a broken climb out but most climbs were the same, headed down the valley that leads to Pwllglas because I thought there would be more triggers and it would avoid the sea breeze, found a nice little climb from 1400'upto 3350' then before Denbigh I found a nice trigger with lots of tractors turning over silage where I found broken but reliable lift for the best part of 10km. Headed into the vale for the sunshine and to use the height I had but no more climbs. Jack headed round the A55 from Deeside to pick me up, what a star... |
