Comments:Got to T/o to find Steve Gnash set up at the front.Cunning plan-follow Steve.Keith arrives and starts socialising,Steve has a few goes I have a go conds are improving.Keith leisurely mutitasks putting on his flightsuit whilst chatting.Steve takes off and goes up ,I'm on him. Keiths talking. Off to the East bowl, flock of birds going up in front Steve spots them first, I continue stalking.Top of the climb "which way" I shout, "Oswestry" lots of showers down wind .Off we go.Good climb woops into cloud, ears ,bar,compass, 500ft later pop out to find I'm above and only a bit behind Mr Gnash -Result. now for long glide, lots of shade .......anyway to cut along story short,another climb ,hailstones,spreadout runaway and land.Steve last seen circling above sunny ground.Walked a mile along the bypass when Les pulls over and gives me a lift back,Star.Arrived back to find keithy colder chatting.
